At only 16, Alexis Cucheval had already started his career in sport whilste he successfully passed BAFA, and began to work with kids at summer camps.
After passing his Bachelor Degree in Economics, he enrolled at University Paris XII to graduate in STAPS (Sciences and Techniques of Physical and Sport Activities)– Option: education and motor control. From that moment on he could teach sport activities (teaching, training, personal coaching)
He decided to pass PSE1 (First Aid in Team) and BNSSA (Security and Lifeguard in Water National Diploma) to become a lifeguard in seas and oceans.
Alexis completed his university degree with distinction (DEUST) in his specialist field. He deeply improved his knowledge of human movements and anatomy. He also learned how to apprehend dangers and risks of each movements and how to recover after injury or operation.
He is now a freelance personal trainer working directly with clients or for firms.
Alexis learned Brazilian Zouk and Samba de Gafieira with Alex de Carvalho. He is a talented dancer and committed teacher.
