Graduated as dancer in Classical Ballet in the year of 1997, was component of dance groups in different genres: Cia Line of classic ballet, Vindança of folkloric dance and Group of Laces of contemporary hall dance.
Currently co-owner of a unit of Oito Tempos School of Dance in Porto Alegre, acting as manager and teacher.
Until 2010 she participated in events, festivals and dance shows, acting as a classical dancer and folklore, such as Bento in Dance, Ballet Gala, International Folklore Festival of Porto Alegre, among others. In 2012 attended, in SPEI School at Curitiba – PR, to a Course for Teachers of Social Dance training, with emphasis on Didactics and Methodology. In 2013 attended, in the same SPEI School at Curitiba – PR, to a Course for Teachers of Social Dance training, with emphasis on the dance itself in its various genres. He was a jury, teacher and performed artistic performances in the most diverse dance festivals in Brazil, such as: Dançando a Bordo, Baila Floripa, Baila Costão, Premio Desterro, amongst others.
Teacher of Social Dance since 1993, was a member of the Jaime Arôxa Dance Company in Rio de Janeiro for 13 years, participating in the main dance congresses and festivals in the country representing this school. Currently co-owner, acting as the technical director of Oito Tempos Dança de Salão, the reference company in couple dance in Brazil, now with fifteen units, spreaded amongst the states of Paraná, São Paulo, Mato Grosso and Rio Grande do Sul.
Former teacher of Post-Graduation in Dance Theory and Movement, with emphasis on Social Dance from FAMEC – Metropolitan College of Curitiba, now coordinates the training course for social dance teachers (CCDS), certified by FSG/Caxias do Sul – Faculdade da Serra Gaúcha and the Faculdade Camões/Curitiba.
He wrote, between 2011 and 2015, a column in the digital magazine, Dança em Pauta, on the subject of Dance and Education, an area where for some years he has been engaged in research on effective methods and didactics for teaching several social dance genres.
He is also co-author of the books 200 anos de Dança de Salão no Brasil Vol.1 and 2 and Tango e Samba, Um Encontro de Duas Culturas. Champion of the Brazilian Tango Championship, in the Escenario category and represented Brazil in the world rhythm championship, which took place in Buenos Aires in August 2010.
He was a jury, teacher and performed artistic performances in the most diverse dance festivals in Brazil, such as: Dançando a Bordo, Baila Floripa, Baila Costão, Premio Desterro, amongst others.
