In this session, you will be invited to identify and recognize what major problems and factors are holding you back from improving the quality of your life and developing your career as a dancer. Get ready to take a deep dive into yourself and explore the most common issues we all face as teachers, organizers, partners, and artists.

Emotional intelligence is in the air! Are you living intentionally or just pretending you care?

In this session, you will be invited to notice and enhance the quality and efficacy of your communication as a person, a teacher, and a collaborator. How effectively have you been expressing yourself? Is your message landing or is it creating more conflict? Get ready to learn a tool that will support you to communicate more compassionately and honestly with yourself and others while gaining a better understanding of your needs and emotions.

In this session, you will be invited to reconsider the mindset principles you have been, consciously or unconsciously, using to guide your professional and personal life. Get ready to learn communication tools and personal practices that will help you feel stronger, more confident, and much more at ease with being yourself. Let go of the old and welcome the new. The success of your career is counting on YOU.

Powerful mind, Powerful life. Learn what it takes for a dancer to fly! (Part 2)

In this session, you will be invited to turn all this knowledge, tools, and personal realizations into a clear and practical goal. Can you imagine how much easier your life will be once you have some more clarity on the next steps to building a healthier and happier professional life? Get ready to draft a step-by-step action plan for your future as a person and as a professional dancer. I’ll bring all the framework you just need to show up. It’s easy as 1, 2, 3, so just breathe!

In this final session, we will celebrate our accomplishments, acknowledge our lessons, exchange our experiences, and truly embody our plan.
